Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pressedkeepsakestudio.com.

Where is my order?

Check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If it hasn't been updated for a while, let us know.

When will my order ship?

We ship out orders Monday-Friday from Texas. Our current processing time is 1-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but we are always expanding our shipping destinations.
